Anger is defined as "generally healthy, human emotion". When anger increases, if you can end it immediately, it is okay. However, when anger becomes uncontrollable, problems begin to arise in all areas of life: physical, mental, emotional, and social.

It is true that anger is a natural and normal emotion and it is one of the basic emotions of a person. It is a physical reaction of the person. Anger is a big problem for everyone these days.  It will not be wrong if we say that anger is a feeling like a person's happiness and sorrow, but sometimes the anger of someone increases to such an extent that it starts affecting the life and happiness of others.


There are many people who get angry but are not ready to believe that they are angry, whereas the truth is that they get out of control when they get angry. In such a situation, he starts harming those whom he loves. If someone has problems with anger, then one has to tolerate anger. There are very few of us who are willing to believe that their nature is angry. Today I will talk to you about the signs of identifying your anger and how to

Why do you get angry?

1. Often when we see imperfections around us, we are unable to accept it. For example, when someone does something wrong, our anger rises like a wave and makes us shiver, and sometimes fills us with remorse.

 2. When we are angry, we lose consciousness. The first level is to realize that anger can never overcome shortcomings. We need to understand that only when we are able to accept the situation, we can rectify it consciously.


3. This is easier said than done, because it is not easy to deal directly with the mind or emotions. So we need some techniques to help ourselves. Meditation for anger, breathing techniques play an important role in finding peace.


SIGNS OF ANGER:

Life is not just the name of happiness, it also brings troubles with happiness. In such a situation, it is not sensible to turn away from difficult situations, but to save your relationships from the heat of your anger.

Therefore, there are some clear signs of anger that show that we are angry like –

• lack of patience

• to abuse Degrade the front

• irritable

• blaming each other for everything

• Stop working or get angry when angry

• People trying to avoid you

• Wife being afraid of children and relatives talking to you

You can consider this as a common symptom. But apart from all this, there can be many signs of anger. People around us, friends, relatives or even themselves can have such symptoms, but they should not cause any kind of embarrassment, rather they should find a solution to this problem.

Therefore, if you feel angry, then you will have to take the initiative yourself. Now the question arises that how to bring your anger under control, then the following solution is for it:

Most people hide their anger from friends and relatives, but their anger is revealed by the behavior of these people with their loved ones.

You can see their anger when such people are angry with those whom they love. If you are also such an angry person, then by adopting some easy measures, you can make your relationship beautiful by immediately disappearing anger -




 As is the grain, so is the mind -

Have you noticed that some days you feel calm and relaxed, while on other days, you feel restless? This is because the food you eat greatly affects your mind and emotions. Certain types of food bring discomfort and stress to the mind and body. This type of food mainly consists of non-vegetarian, spicy and oily food.On days when you are feeling reactive, avoid such food and observe yourself. Chances are you will find change within. One of the permanent ways to reduce anger and the intensity of emotions over time, is to eat healthy.


Number up to 10 - 

When you feel that you are angry, first of all, calm down and take a deep breath instead of reacting. Take rest:

Getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep every day is essential to reduce anger as it ensures proper relaxation for the body as well as the mind. Good sleep reduces your chances of getting angry.



Sleep well –

Sometimes we are unable to sleep properly due to work load, due to which headaches, stress and irritability start to occur and we unnecessarily shout at others. Therefore, you must get out of your busy routine to sleep for 7 hours because 7 to 8 hours of sleep is necessary for good health.

Angry nature makes all the desires of human being water down. So do not suppress your anger, but identify the reasons for your anger and try to remove the anger. Try once and see for yourself how beautiful the relationship becomes with the disappearance of anger.


Yoga and exercise is good -

10 to 15 minutes of yoga asanas daily helps to relieve tension and discomfort in your body and brain. This, in turn, will help reduce anger and also prepare the mind for meditation. In this way, when you and the other person become calm, then you can start your discussion again.

Pranayama is good for your mind -

Pranayama such as bhastrika and vascular refinement help to reduce restlessness in the mind. When the mind is calm, you are less likely to get excited and angry. But, make sure that you learn yoga from a qualified teacher.


Identify the reason for anger -

The most important thing to deal with anger is to find out what circumstances have encouraged anger. Understand the circumstances and causes well and remove the problems arising out of it.


Take deep breaths -

Taking some deep breaths will help you get rid of anger immediately. The moment you are angry, close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Observe the change in your state of mind. Deep breath relieves stress and helps calm your mind.


Meditate daily –

Regular practice of meditating on yoga, pranayama and food helps to relieve discomfort, but how can a calm and balanced state of mind be maintained? The answer is to meditate regularly. Only 20 minutes of meditation per day is sufficient for the whole day. You will see that even if you get angry, you will calm down immediately. Although meditation has many benefits on the mind and body, to reduce anger, meditation is one of the important benefits.


It would be best to learn meditation from an experienced teacher. However, practice one of the guided meditations while you wait to go to class.
