1 - Waking up early in the morning.

2 - Meditation, yoga and exercise. 

The less we talk about meditation, it is the treasure that has the power to keep your life alive with happiness, peace and Success, you will always be young and energetic with yoga and exercise.

3 - Reading books. 

Read some good positive 30 minutes every day, if there is any habit most useful in your self-development, then it is positive books. This habit will change your attitude and whole personality.

4 - Quit bad habits. 

If you consume tobacco, BD, cigarettes, junk food, then you should abandon these things and have any bad habit such as anger over talk, evil or jealousy of all these bad habits, taking our resolve from the root. To overthrow.

5 - Avoiding waste of time. 

Avoid use of Whatsapp, Facebook and Internet unnecessarily, avoid watching too much TV, stay away from meaningless discussion and spend all your time to achieve your Goal.
